Miranda Myles combines the rare talents of singer-songwriter and all round performer. She is a big believer in the art of a finished product and understands the importance of visuals by choreographing and directing her own music videos.

She started writing poetry at the age of 8 which then developed into penning musical creations. She describes her songs as ‘pouring out of me’ and ‘writing themselves.’

Growing up listening to the likes of Ashanti to Aretha, Christina to Carrie Underwood and Mary J to Madonna, her style is difficult to define, but is an eclectic, ‘can’t put your finger on it’ mix of soulful ballads, 90’s R&B and songs that make you want to get up and dance. Expect catchy memorable hooks, effortless ad-libs and delicate melismas all intertwined with dark melancholy vibes.

She hails from Blackburn, Lancashire UK and has recently graduated with a First Class Honours in Professional Musicianship, (Vocals) from BIMM (The British Institute of Modern Music).

Miranda performs regularly at Manchester venues such as The Bridgewater Hall, The O2 Ritz, The Academy, Gorilla and Ruby Lounge where she supported New Jersey artist RUSS. In 2017 she even bagged a slot at Glastonbury.

She has spent the last 4 years writing prolifically about her real life experiences, perfecting her craft and developing as an artist. She has at least 3 albums worth of material which she describes as ‘ripe to burst’ and share with the world.

Miranda’s latest tracks have been supported by BBC Introducing, who have stated that ‘Smart money is on this artist.’
